Dr Natubhai Shah
Dr Natubhai Shah, a retired medical doctor and Jain Scholar, is the Chair/CEO of the Jain Network and Vice-Chair of IFN UK. He is founder of the beautiful Leicester Jain temple; Jain Studies in various Universities and is involved in developing the Jain Centre in Colindale. Among his many awards are ‘Man of the Year’ by American Biographic Institute, ‘Jain Ratna’ by the Prime Minister of India in 2001, ‘MBE’ in 2012 and Barnet Civic award.
Jonathan has been a local resident and trustee on the board for several years. He is married and a father of two children. A Masters Degree holder in Public Sector Management from Warwick Business School, Jonathan describes himself as a career Public Sector Manager with strong links and commitment to his local communities.
Kevin McSharry worked as a teacher for over a quarter of a century in Grahame Park. Kevin has been a member of the Development Trust since its inception.
Tracey McIntosh is a dedicated professional with over 20 years’ experience in further education. Tracey has extensive experience of curriculum planning and design in both funded and commercial arenas. She has overseen two successful mergers, led a number of Ofsted inspections and has experience of managing a complex multi campus organisation with a budget in excess of £45million.
Karen Whitting is Public Programmes Director at the Royal Air Force Museum which has public sites in both Colindale, North London and Cosford, West Midlands. She has responsibility for leading the Public Programmes and Collections teams and has been a local resident in Colindale for two years. Karen holds the position of Secretary on the Board of Trustees for the Colindale Communities Trust and of Treasurer for the Confidence, Choice Connections (Women Leaders in Museums) network.
